The New Brunswick/Piscataway Operations is a part of The Office of Information Technology and New Brunswick Computing Services. The department is vital to ensuring round-the-clock support to the University's central systems, the services they provide, and the environment in which they reside. Staffed by students and full-time employees, Operations maintains the integrity of the University's computing community with primary support to all central systems, as well as secondary support to the University's networks and various departmental servers.

Location and Hours of Operations

NBCS Operations is located in the basement of Hill Center, room 012, on the Rutgers Busch Campus in Piscataway, New Jersey. We are staffed twenty-four hours a day to ensure constant system support and monitoring. For any system-related issues, contact should be established through the listed number and/or e-mail. Any user specific issues should be directed to the NBCS Help Desk.
